Went up today to walk around in the snow. What a beautiful day!

Matches the "Escape"...bought from Amazon and has many fabulous safety features.
It is slash proof, has hooks to hold the zippers shut, a flashlight and a Faraday  shield that prevents your credit cards and passport from  being scanned by an RDIF scanner.  Have used it on one trip and loved it.

Lake Chelan,Washington State

Beautiful Lake. ...long and narrow. ..actually the deepest gorge in North America.  Surrounded by mountains at the far end and orchards and vineyards in these photos from Chelan.

Campbell's Resort in Chelan, Washington

Lovely place to stay especially in the summer as it's right on the lake. Opened in 1901 and still in the same family.

Two night tour to see the Leavenworth Christmas Lights. Unfortunately some of my pictures don't show the lights to full advantage.

Walked around early one evening waiting to take some sunset photos and took some of the different types of plants. ...so intriguing to see such diverse ones.

I remember having one of these in the 70's

We called them "split leaf philodendron " This one is growing up a palm tree.

Swimming with Stingrays

No not on an adventure tour but in the bay outside the resort.  They seemed to just sail in on the waves. I saw three together in one wave. There was purple flag on the beach but according to the sign it means jellyfish. Lots of people swimming and  no one screaming so it didn't stop me either.

Today the flag was yellow.
